Gameplay

This deck is a combo deck based on Kor Skyfisher and Electropotence.  It uses a combination of "enters the battlefield" and "return to owner's hand" abilities, to take advantage of these two cards.

You start off the game by being aggressive, using Goblin Ruinblasters and Kor Skyfishers.  A very useful aspect of this deck is being able to win without showing your late-game, giving your opponent the message that you're playing a beatdown deck.

Once you get to the late-game, you play an active Emeria, the Sky Ruin and Electropotence, and start machine-gunning your opponent's creatures and life total, wearing them down bit by bit.  Kor Skyfisher can serve as a beater, bouncing itself after coming into play and activating Electropotence for 2 damage.  Zektar Shrine Expedition becomes extremely powerful once you play Electropotence, being able to deal 7 damage in one blow.  Narrow Escape can help you keep Skyfishers alive and Kor Hookmasters active, netting you life in the process. Angel's Feather becomes very useful, as it also nets you life by playing your white spells (over and over).

The deck has a lot of interactions, many of which having Kor Skyfisher as the centerpiece, bouncing Goblin Ruinblaster, Teetering Peaks, Kor Hookmaster, and Bogardan Hellkite.  An activated Emeria, the Sky Ruin will fuel your deck, churning out creatures that get in for consistent damage.

Kor Cartographer accelerates you into your late-game, helping along Emeria, the Sky Ruin and Bogardan Hellkite and netting mana for Electropotence machine-gunning.  Sunspring Expedition, Path to Exile, and Narrow Escape can all help you reach your powerful late-game against more aggressive decks.  Goblin Ruinblaster wrecks the Jund, Crypts, and control decks by messing with their mana and coming back again and again with Kor Skyfisher and Narrow Escape.

A very useful aspect of this deck is its ability to keep a good hand size while still building a "stable" board position, allowing you to build up card advantage and never really burn out too quickly.
